The finished website will be uploaded to the client's server upon completion of the payment.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if clients are not satisfied with their website for technical or functional reasons only.
The money back guarantee is a warranty for quality and is valid for the "LIMITED WARRANTY TIME" of 14 calendar days for custom websites, starting from the day of completion (announced by promoRockit via e-mail).
Technical issues must be addressed by e-mail within the "LIMITED WARRANTY TIME" for the money back guarantee to be valid.
Compatibility issues with Internet Explorer are not covered under the warranty as it is the only web browser that does not comply with World Wide Web standards. promoRockit will offer an alternative for Internet Explorer related problems (not included in pricing).
Help make a better world wide web, boycott Internet Explorer and use a decent browser (Safari, Chrome or FireFox).
Editing images, uploading images, graphic design, logos and content writing are not included in pricing. promoRockit is happy to offer you our services for adding website content and for graphic design by our inhouse designers at our normal rates.
On completion, we allow custom websites to reside on our server for a maximum of 30 calendar days. This gives our clients plenty of time to upload and write content. We charge $25 USD for every extra week of hosting on our server after 30 days.
